I got tired of being told to "just use this planner" or "block out your day like this" like we’re all built the same.
Here’s the truth no one tells you:

As a qualified sport and high-performance psychologist, I became obsessed with finding out what actually works for ADHD women like us. My hyperfocus became my superpower. I tested, tweaked and transformed every method until it worked for me and for my clients too.

Why Helping women with ADHD Is So Important to MeÂ
I grew up in the 80s! back when ADHD wasn’t a thing, especially not for girls.
I wasn’t lazy, defiant, or difficult. I was misunderstood.
At the age of 7, teachers thought I had a learning difficulty!
I was told by a teacher at the age of 15 that I’d never become a psychologist because my English wasn’t “good enough.”
I was bullied, ignored, and labelled instead of supported.
I was scared to go to school, and no one asked why.
Well... look at me now.
That girl they doubted? She got a degree, MSc and doctorate level qualification.
She became a sport and high-performance psychologist.
And now she helps ADHD women build success on their own terms.
Not bad for someone who was written off by the people who are there to empower.
